Parker Rhodes Hickmotts Solicitors are seeking to appoint a full time/part time Office Assistant.
The job role includes:
- Reception cover
- Assisting a very busy Conveyancing team
- secretarial and administrative duties including audio and copy typing
- filing, photo-copying, scanning
- opening and closing of files
- speaking with clients on the phone and in person and subsequently creating precise file notes
- other ad-hoc secretarial and administrative duties
Hours will be week days between 9:00am - 5:15pm. Flexibility considered.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
