Business Support Officer

Our client is going through an exciting period of growth and development and is looking for an experienced Business Support Officer / Personal Assistant to support members of their Executive Management Team (EMT).
You will play a pivotal role in helping them and their teams make the best use of their time. Your duties will be varied, including managing projects, scheduling, and attending meeting and conferences, arranging travel, and dealing with expenses and credit cards.
Working alongside a team of other PA’s, you will specifically support the Chief Financial Officer, HR Director, Chief Transformation Officer, and Chief Information Officer.
**Key Duties**:
- PA support to four Directors and their teams (CFO, HR Director, Chief Transformation Officer and our Chief Information Officer)
- Supporting cross region/function projects and coordinating the different team members
- Diary management; scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Provide full meeting facilitation for external, corporate and internal meetings as required
- Handle queries, requests and complaints through to resolution
- Producing a variety of professional documents, such as letters, reports, and presentations
- Arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Event and conference coordination and support
- Liaising with EMT, staff, stakeholders, suppliers, and clients
- Processing cash and credit card expenses
- Maintaining both paper based and electronic filing systems
- Screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence
- Working to the strictest confidentiality
- Work closely with the EMT PA and Reception teams; including Reception cover on an ad-hoc basis
**Key Requirements**:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Senior Administrative / Business Support / Personal Assistant role supporting a senior level manager
- Proficiency using the full MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Experience in using independent judgement to make decisions
- Strong problem solving, time management and organisational skills
- Calm, conscientious and a can-do attitude

**Salary**:£27,000 per annum
