**Directorate - Finance & Customer Services**

Part Time, 18.50 hours per week

We are looking to appoint a permanent Revenues and Benefits Support Officer working in the Benefits Assessment Team, which is responsible for the delivery of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support and Free School Meals.

As a Revenue and Benefits Support Officer you will provide clerical support to the service. You must be able to work accurately, have an eye for detail and working knowledge of ICT is essential for this role. You must have proven literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to deal with customers both in person and over the phone.

We are looking for an effective communicator who has the skills to make decisions, solve problems and recognise the importance of ensuring customer satisfaction.
