**Commercial Support Executive**

**Function**:On Trade

**Location**:Edinburgh (Gyle) based (a mix of office and home working)

**Salary**:£22,500 - £24,000 base depending on experience plus full list of benefits listed below

**Contract**: Permanent

**The role**

This is a pivotal critical role in supporting the On Trade sales force with CRM deal modelling, creation of Commercial Agreements and Manual Payments for some of our customers.

This role is the backbone of the FLS team, helping them provide the best customer experience possible. Without you we wouldn’t be able to deliver the right deals to win business You’ll build strong relationships with our sales teams as well as working closely with other parts of the business.

So, what will you be doing? Here are some of the key accountabilities;
- Ensure processes are seamless, with mínimal impact on our customers.
- Supporting with our On Trade price increases
- Using DocuSign to draft letters.
- Maintaining our postcode finder
- Helping with ad hoc queries from front line sales and colleagues.
