About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Commercial Office team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Office Head and coordinate various projects, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering exceptional administrative support to the Office Head, including diary management, email management, and coordination of internal/external meetings.
  • Planning and executing Board Meetings and team Strategy Away Days, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
  • Managing presentations and documents, including drafting, formatting, and printing.
  • Organizing corporate travel arrangements, UK and overseas, and preparing detailed itineraries and travel packs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years' experience in an administrative or operations role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
