Job description

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to join our Education Strategy and Transformation Team to coordinate the Education Services element of Warwickshire County Council’s Creating Opportunities work.
- If you have a passion and knowledge about addressing educational disparities to help enrich the educational outcomes for Warwickshire’s children and young people, we would love to hear from you.
- You will be required to liaise regularly across a range of teams and partner agencies to gather and provide information and guidance to support raising relevant educational outcomes in all locations across Warwickshire.
- Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders you will be responsible for developing and activities across Education, playing a key influential role in shaping, managing, and delivering across the service.
- If you are highly motivated, skilled, and flexible with a natural curiosity and experience of creative problem solving and enjoy the challenge of a varied workload and excel in an environment which promotes continuous improvement, then this role is for you.
- You will be required to possess exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills. You will have a proven track record of collaborating and building trusted relationships with a wide range of partners, including technical experts, to deliver successful shared outcomes.
