Warwickshire’s SEND Assessment and Review Service (SENDAR) continues to complement our strong, growing team with additional roles and responsibilities to reflect and respond to the evolving landscape of SEND. **About the role**

**Key Requirements**

The new post holder will be an experienced EHC Plan Coordinator or have experience working in the area of SEND within a local authority or educational setting context. They will have a strong understanding of relevant legislation, be able to work to statutory timescales, possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and have a willingness to work proactively with other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes within available time and financial resources. They can adapt to working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage conflicting priorities whilst prioritising communication and collaborative working.

Please note that this is a fixed term, 12 month contract initially to cover a secondment.
