Rematching Coordinator - Migration Schemes (1 Year Fixed Term Contract)

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join Warwickshire County Council’s Migration Team

**About the Team and the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join Warwickshire’s Migration Team. We are an established countywide team, contributing to the resettlement of refugees and migrants within Warwickshire. We are currently involved with the Syrian Resettlement Scheme, the UK Resettlement Scheme, the Afghan Scheme, the Homes for Ukraine Scheme, the Hong Kong BNO scheme and the asylum dispersal scheme.

We are a dynamic team, which offers a high standard of service within a highly supportive environment.

We are looking for a Rematching Coordinator to join our Team. This post will work in the Homes for Ukraine scheme to find new hosts for guests when coming from Ukraine or when existing host relationships have ended.
