**Project Coordinator**

You’ll be providing administrative support to the business Traffic project
Provide administrative support to other projects and continuous improvement as required

**What you’ll do**:

- Assist in the production of all aspects of project documentation.
Ensure all documentation is correctly maintained in Oracle UCM and SharePoint
- Update and maintain continuous improvement processes
- Collate and store site diaries and documentation ensuring that all actions have an owner and are completed.
- Support project personnel with the Project Life Cycle processes
- Ensure that reporting is structured and accurate, documentation is submitted in accordance with Stakeholder requirements, processes are maintained or established,/followed/documented and relevant databases/systems are correctly utilised
- Purchase materials via the ORACLE system and assist in the production of quotations

- You’ll be able to demonstrate a highly professional manner when dealing with clients/customers
- You’ll be able to work well in a team and as an individual
- You’ll be punctual and able to delivery tasks within set deadlines / SLA’s
- Demonstrates a proactive commitment to the project assigned
- Organised and able to maintain effective records/information
- Proficient in the use of all MS Office Applications
- Excellent Customer communication skills
- Good influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels within the business
