**Customer Engineering Coordinator - Level 2 - Warwick**

The Customer Engineering department at Calor Gas are looking to recruit a Customer Engineering Coordinator to join their team in Warwick. This role is vital in helping us maintain our established reputation for quality, customer service and safety.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing workflow of new tank installations signed up by the Calor Sales team for designated national areas
- Contacting customers to arrange installation dates
- Arranging general service work for domestic and commercial customers
- Arranging follow-up work following emergency calls
- Raising purchase orders for contractors attending work on behalf of Calor
- Answering inbound calls to a dedicated phone line.

**As such we would like you to**:

- Have excellent communication skills and care about the customer
- Have a strong sense of ownership and take pride in your work
- Be well organised and able to work under pressure
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have good IT system knowledge.
