We are currently seeking a Customer Journey & Continuous Improvement Lead who will have significant experience of mapping customer journeys, ensuring customers thoughts feelings and actions are understood. If you have a experience in service design/user research this will be a major plus.

You will have experience in using a data driven approach to support projects that contribute to improved customer journeys and continuous improvement of the allocated business area as well as managing a portfolio of operational projects and workstreams within the allocated business area

We are looking for someone who has calibre in supporting customers, staff and stakeholders with operational changes during planning, implementation and go-live.
