Our client is a leading Tech M&A and Fundraising shop, working on cross border and collaborative transactions they are a market leading business.
They are currently looking to bring an Analyst 2 on to join their growing team.
If you love Tech then this is the role for you.

The role:

- Managing deal flow from the MDs and work on the forefront of all deals.
- Financial modelling
- Work on execution of deals
- Production of IM´s and Pitchbooks
- Company and Sector Research and Mapping
- Passion for tech or tech sector is experience is a strong bonus.
- Strong financial modelling skills (DCF).
- Good reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
