Deceuninck are a Window Systems Company based in Calne, Wiltshire; where we extrude and laminate 6-meter lengths of uPVC profiles and laminate profiles for windows and doorframes.

**Key duties include**:

- Provide exceptional customer care and service, meeting high-quality criteria.
- Collaborate with customers to address non-standard or unusual requests, liaising with internal teams as needed, and reporting to the Customer Services Manager.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with other operational areas, such as Logistics, to ensure customer service requirements are met.
- Refer any order-related issues affecting the entire account (e.g., pricing or account setup details) back to the relevant Account Manager.
- Calculate and process necessary credit notes for customers, including monthly and annual rebates and machinery support credits.
- Communicate relevant information effectively to team members.
- Uphold customer, company, and commercial confidentiality at all times.
- Manage the customer care function within the SAP system.
- Generate weekly reports on outstanding issues and collaborate with Credit Control to resolve them.
- Adhering to department standards of dress, office tidiness, timekeeping, and attendance.

**Working Hours**:
39 hours per week. Worked Monday to Thursday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 08.30 - 16.00 with half an hour unpaid break.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £23,200.00 per year
