Job specification:
Administrative Assistant.

Role and duties:
An opportunity to join a small office-based team at a vehicle adaptations company in a role that encompasses the management of the flow of work into and out of the workshop and the maintenance of customer records.

The role will involve occasional customer-facing duties and telecommunication with customers, car dealers and adaptation manufacturers, so a confident telephone manner is essential.

The ability to manage your own workload and time is key to the role, as is a willingness to work as part of a close-knit team and to support others in the team.

Full training for the position will be provided.

Essential skills:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Word and Outlook.
- Good telephone manner.
- Knowledge of Sage.

Desirable skills:

- Automotive industry knowledge.
- Clean driving licence.
- Accountancy skills.

F/T, Mon-Fri, 9-5.

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
