Providing general administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient service is provided.
- To arrange and support the organisation of school trips, events and meetings and updating office systems and diaries
- To be the first point of contact for parents and deal with information in a compassionate and sensitive manner
- To update and SEND attendance information to local authorities and role schools
- Maintenance and update of the school website and social media accounts
- Production of termly newsletter for parents
- Fire marshal responsibilities
- Providing basic lunches for students as required
- Stock keeping of both kitchen, cleaning and office supplies
- Liasing with the cleaner on her needs
- Filing and scanning of documents both staff and students

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
