Training is delivered in the workplace with visits from S&B Automotive Academy's Business Account Manager both face-to-face and over the phone.

After completing your apprenticeship, you will gain an accredited qualification meaning you will have a safe bet for developing a stable career This is a qualification recognised all over the world in a highly in demand industry.


The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage and communicate with different departments in the company as well as interacting with internal or external customers.

With a focus on adding value, the role of business administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas.


Duties to include:

  • The role will cover all manner of administrative duties including general admin, word processing and filing, photocopying and dealing with telephone enquiries.
  • You will develop the skills and knowledge to aid staff and internal/external customers in a polite and efficient manner.
  • You will also use the company's bespoke software.
  • You will assist in the daytoday work of the administration department, including responding to customer's requests, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records.
  • As the Apprentice Administrator, you will undertake and successfully complete a Business Administration programme within an agreed timeline.

Desired qualifications

  • GCSEs, Functional Skills, or Key Skills at grade C/4 or above in English and math's (or equivalent)
  • Work experience/prior knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
