The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will be a highly valued member of the team. Responsible for everything you would expect as an Administrator for a Financial Planning Firm you will be making sure that all the admin is well maintained and ready for the Advisors to provide clients with advice on ways to best utilise their assets to achieve their objectives.
The Business
Our client is a small company with high service Financial Advisers where the customer is at the heart of everything they offer. A firm small enough to be friendly and big enough to have a diverse and fun team. They are passionate about constantly improving the quality of service and believe in sustaining a level of balance between work and life across the business.
A Typical Day
This could include Preparing paperwork and valuations ahead of client meetings, maintaining internal databases, dealing with new business applications as well as dealing with internal and external client queries, In addition, you shall be responsible for chasing remuneration/adviser fees, setting up client meeting/diary management and assisting in all pre and post-sale administration.

To be considered you must have existing experience in the market working directly with advisers in a support role (2 yrs +), possess a working knowledge of advisory back-office systems, ideally with platform exposure and exceptional organisation and communication skills .
