You will have responsibility for all aspects of customer service;
- Order processing and fulfilment
- Transport and logistics booking
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Query handling
- Quotation development

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues across the wider business
- The ability to work well under pressure and stay calm, whilst still maintaining good attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisation skills
This role is office based and the normal hours will be 37.5 per week (actual start and finish times to be agreed but will be within the window of 08.00 -18.00 Mon-Fri) for the full-time role and 20-25 hours per week for a part-time position.
This is a salaried position with a starting salary of a minimum of £22,300. Other benefits include:
