Customer Service and Administration

This job role will be a minimum 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Overtime will also be available.
This job is for someone who has experience with customer service, scheduling a diary, taking payments, dealing with queries and the capability to deal with occasional complaints. Our phone lines are very busy and the office environment can be pressurised where multitasking is required. It is essential to be able to manage a list of outstanding jobs and have the ability to make sure all jobs are seen through effectively. Exceptional customer service is what we aim for. We have a great team in the office and we are looking for an outgoing, confident, forward thinking individual who has a strong work ethic.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide assistance with inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette while interacting with customers
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Enter customer data accurately into the system
- Managing the engineers diary and scheduling jobs in
**Requirements**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping
**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
