As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for taking a very high volume of calls from customers wishing to make a booking, fielding general customer service enquiries, and resolving simple complaints; all via telephone. You must take pride in providing an efficient and effective service, delivering first time contact resolution in a timely and accurate manner achieving a high level of service to customers.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a customer focused environment, ideally within a contact centre however consideration will be given to individuals who have either worked within customer facing environments.

**Must Haves**
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a scheduled environment with the ability to multitask
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

**Salary**: £432.00 to £466.00 weekly / £22,464.00 to £24,232.00 per annum based on selected shift pay rate.

Contract Type: Permanent - 40 hours per week
