Are you looking for a challenging and rewards role as a Sales Office Administrator?
Look no further Our family-run Client, distribute products to the retail sector, they are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Office Administrator to join their friendy and supportive team.
**Sales Office Administrators undertake the following duties**:
- Answering a high-volume of telephone calls from our existing customer base
- Handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service e.g. arranging collections, issuing credits, tracking orders
- Liaising with our warehouse, other departments and key partners, as well as customers
- Contacting existing or potential customers to inform them about products and promotions
- General office duties as required
- Full training would be given on their bespoke computer system_
**The ideal applicant should**:
- Confident and enthusiastic telephone manner
- Enjoy speaking to customers on the telephone
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to work well within a team and independently
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Hardworking and dedicated
- High level of literacy and numeracy
- Experience of effectively utilising ICT
- Keen to learn new skills and take on responsibilities
