Contract: Temporary on going 9:00am - 5:00pm. 3 days office, 2 days from home

SKILLS REQUIRED
 
- Experience using microsoft packages
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
- Checking shifts against time sheets and ensuring they match accurately
- Inputting invoices and entering data
- Compiling spread sheets and data to a high accuracy
- Payment Authorisation
- Payment Processing
- Creating company reports
- Investigating PL queries
- Reconciling statements
