About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team as a Purchase Ledger Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Checking shifts against time sheets and ensuring they match accurately
- Inputting invoices and entering data
- Compiling spreadsheets and data to a high accuracy
- Payment Authorization
- Payment Processing
- Creating company reports
- Investigating PL queries
- Reconciling statements
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience using Microsoft packages
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
