Are you looking for a new, exciting opportunity to join an established company in their head office based in Borehamwood?
As a Payroll Admin, you will join our client, where you will ensure all payroll amendments are administered correctly and accurately reflected within the payroll systems and help with admin duties to support the wider payroll team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has some prior admin experience, strong excel skills and also a willingness to learn on the job. Training will be given.
Your responsibilities:
- Support within ensuring any amendments and variable payments are administered on to the payroll software correctly and accurately.
- Managing shared mailbox and assisting with any queries.
- Performing ad-hoc payroll requests as requested.
- Supporting various payroll projects with administration tasks.
- Ad hoc payroll tasks.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proven work experience within an administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to adapt to new software's and processes.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a busy and varied workload and as part of a team ensuring deadlines are achieved.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality.
