This role sits within the People Team in a prestigious, well known global brand, as is an integral part of the smooth management of the HR department.

This is a key role, and would be great for someone who is organised, on the ball, with a strong balance of both people skills, and data ability.

**Key responsibilities**:
You’ll be responsible for facilitating and managing all company vehicles, healthcare and service awards processes end to end, as well as:

- Provide administrative support to the Reward team,
- Provide ad-hoc support to the People Team,
- Liaise effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, providing the highest level of service and care,
- Update company policies as required,
- Help with the preparation of briefs for internal communications,
- Manage sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism and ensure data is protected under legislation.

- Basic to intermediate Excel level skills.
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong attention to Detail
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Flexible and able to cope in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisation and completion skills.
