**What will I be working on?**

A fantastic opportunity exists to work with an award-winning health company as an experienced, vibrant, high-energy, self-starting and highly organised Virtual Assistant. This a rare opportunity for you to work, as the right-hand person to the Managing Director of this prestigious company.

You will be reporting and providing administrative support and performing various general administrative tasks to our CEO. You will represent the company, and therefore you must have excellent spoken English, a positive, helpful attitude and experience working in recruitment, hr and customer services. Ultimately, you should be able to handle organisational projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

**What will I need? Application Criteria**:

- Coachability and high emotional intelligence who is other-orientated.
- High motivation and drive with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Temperament: reliable, trustworthy, positive, proactive, results-driven, and efficient
- Technical competencies and experience: degree qualified (+), high school diploma, additional qualifications as an VA or EA (+)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a VA/EA/Supervisor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with English proficiency
- Highly organised, process-oriented, with good time management skills.
- Experience and familiarity with current technologies in various software, including;
Google suite ( Docs, Sheets, Slides, GDrive, Gmail, Calander), Basecamp, Process St, Hubspot CRM
- Experience with social media management
- HR admin support (++)
- Analytical skills: Draw insightful conclusions from KPIs and report back to MD
- Experience working with company KPIs (and an exceptional understanding of what activity impacts those KPIs)
- Able to focus on critical priorities and ability to follow through on commitments: live up to verbal and written agreements regardless of personal cost
- Attention to detail - not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project
- Persistence - tenacity and willingness to go the distance to get something done

**What will I be working on?**
- Scheduling meetings
- Organize managers' calendars
- Book travel and accommodations
- Ensuring daily/weekly/monthly company rituals are continually developed and current ones adhered to
- Posting recruitment, shortlisting, onboarding, engagement, offboarding (topgrading)
- Ensure company weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs are met and reported to MD with a written summary which means being good with spreadsheets and reporting.
- Develop, regularly update and ensure staff adhere to the online company processes and procedures library.
- Overseeing the performance of other virtual staff, ensuring company KPIs are high
- Prepare spreadsheets and keep online records
- Perform market research
- Address employee's administrative queries

**WORKING TIME ZONE**

UK GMT. Applicants may work their local time zone but must be available Monday through Friday at these specific times. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9 AM - 1 PM GMT, Thursday and Friday 6am - 7 am GMT

We need someone who can work full time - 12 hours a week initially

The pay rate is 7 USD per hour (413 USD per month)

Bonuses will be paid for exceptional work

Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company.

We pay a 10% end-of-year bonus in December (pro rata)
