Office Administrator/personal Assistant

**Office Administrator | Personal Assistant | 20-Hours per week**
This is an ideal opportunity for an **experienced person**, who wants to be part of a professional team, but is looking for **flexible** part-time hours that suits their lifestyle.
Ideally:
- You may have an Accounts background and be familiar with Sage or Quickbooks.
- You will be organised, thorough and fanatical about detail.
- You will have high-level Excel and Outlook skills.
- You will be a problem-solver and not fall at the first hurdle.
- You will have proficiency in scanning, uploading and organising documents.
Duties include:
- Collating, scanning and uploading documents to a secure virtual server.
- Conduct data-entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is up-to-date.
- Organise various audits (e.g. health & safety, GDPR and employment policies)
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
