**Role**: Client Partner

**Team**: Biddable

**Reporting to**: Managing Partner (Sarah Borland)

**Estimated Start**:Nov / Dec

**Location**:London

**What you'll do**:
You will lead one of our Hives, delivering exceptional work for our clients, whilst fostering a culture for your team of growth, development and challenge. You'll do this by focussing on three core areas:
**Clients**
- You will delight our clients
- You will lead some of our most important client relationships
- You will be seen as a trusted, strategic partner, truly understanding our client's business needs in a way that helps us to win for them
- Inspire and challenge our clients to think differently, using your knowledge and working with internal product specialists to come up with unique, growth-driving solutions.

**People**
- You will lead and grow a diverse team of Brainlabbers, ensuring they are clear on their development opportunities and their future potential at Brainlabs.
- Embrace and role model our People initiatives, helping to drive engagement and foster the Brainlabs culture that makes us who we are
- Your team will love working with you, you'll challenge them to think differently and they'll value your coaching style

**Commercial**
- You will use your strong **commercial acumen **to lead a profitable, high growth Hive, considering how you best structure your teams (in line with our Operating Model)
- Take the lead on **new business **pitches for your Hive, working with relevant internal experts to wow our clients and convert opportunities.
- Identify and act on opportunities to grow your clients, proactively bringing forward cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue

**Who we're looking for**:

- You'll have significant experience leading a **complex portfolio of clients, **building and maintaining excellent relationships to help us grow and develop with them.
- You'll be a master at leading high performing teams, ensuring your people get the opportunity to **train like a champion **whilst delivering awesome work for our clients.
- **New business** and **cross-selling **won't phase you, you'll have demonstrable experience of how you've excelled in this space
- You'll have a **bias for action, **always challenging yourself and others around you to find new ways to make progress or to optimise things for our clients.
- You'll **be a coach **for those around you, having ambition for yourself and your team helping us to **raise the bar**
