In this role you’ll get to:
Foster Client Growth & Acquisition Be the catalyst for new business opportunities, leveraging our suite of services to address client needs and drive revenue growth. Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding our client portfolio while maximizing value. Lead the charge in developing and executing sales strategies, guiding your team through every step to ensure successful outcomes. Craft customized growth strategies backed by data-driven insights, setting the stage for client success and long-term partnerships. Drive client business planning sessions, aligning objectives and identifying growth pathways for mutual benefit. Ensure Retention and Renewal Secure renewals with enhanced terms and profitability, demonstrating the ongoing value of our solutions. Cultivate lasting relationships built on trust and satisfaction, understanding client goals and challenges to deliver tailored solutions. Cultivate Meaningful Relationships Become a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives, challenges, and industry dynamics. Forge strong connections with key stakeholders, maintaining clear communication channels and fostering mutual understanding. Keep clients informed on the latest industry trends, competitive insights, and best practices, providing invaluable guidance along their journey.Your skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field Proven track record of success in sales roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity Proficiency in SF CRM software and other sales productivity tools Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Community; Salesforce product acumen above and beyond Commerce Referencable relationships Experience of selling professional services within the Salesforce ecosystemWhy You'll Love It Here:
