As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for the company and engage with the client base. You will be providing customers with a fantastic customer service experience, ensuring customers accounts are accurate and up to date and also handling any complaints that may come your way. This position is purely a customer service role with no sales element. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your Customer service skills and work for a supportive engaging company.

**As a customer Service advisor you will be required to**:

- Building rapport with customers
- Be professional and handle customer service enquiries
- Listen to customer needs and ensure a unique solution is provided
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the services that the company provides

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Hourly rate**: £9.50 per hour
**Shifts**: Monday to Friday. Shift between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, no weekends 37.5 hours
