Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

**Salary**: £24,000 per annum (Potential monthly bonus and Christmas bonus)
Location: Barnsley
Contract: Permanent, full time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Monday to Friday shifts between 7am - 6pm (one in three Saturdays 8am-12pm)

Our client is looking for an individual who enjoys providing a service of excellence to all those they support, has an interest in the motor trade, and has previously worked within a Customer Service / Administrative position, where they have supported customers daily, and enjoy a varied role.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- UK Driving License
- A Professional telephone manner
- Ability to go above and beyond
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Team player as well as being able to work on own initiative
- Able to adapt to different tasks as required

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Booking in Vehicles for repairs
- Dealing with customers and building relationships
- Providing service legal agreements
- General Administration
- Liable for own area and contribution to the team
- Picking up other duties as needed
- Chasing Invoices
- Dealing with money; taking card payments etc
- Updating system as required
