Winner Recruitment are currently recruiting for a **Customer Service Payroll advisor **to join one of our clients based in Barnsley, our client is well established in the market and have been in business for over 20 years.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious **Customer Service Payroll Advisor** to join a growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who relishes working in a fast-paced customer service environment, handling the customers experience within the payroll department.
If you have customer service experience ideally working in an ecommerce or payroll environment, I want to talk to you.
The duties of the **Customer Service Payroll Advisor ** will include:
- Processing customer enquiries and returns to offer the customer the best experience possible
- Working with internal teams to resolve customer queries
The ideal **Customer Service Advisor** will have:
- Experience within a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to learn fast and multitask
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hours of work for the **Customer Service Advisor** will be, 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm.
**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
