We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Performance Lead to join our North West Regional Team covering the following prisons:
HMP Altcourse

HMP Preston

HMP Lancaster Farms

HMP Kirkham

HMP Risley

HMP Thorn Cross

**Hours**

The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be based in the Regional Office in Manchester but will be expected to travel to the prison sites within the region from time to time.

**Salary**

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £40,425 per annum - depending on experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
As a Regional Performance Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will- Complete accurate reporting for both internal and external stakeholders
- Interpret and analyse complex and large data sets, develop remedial action plans for underperformance and look at methods to improve performance
- Carry out Data Quality and other Audits as required
- Produce ad hoc reports / data requests from various stakeholders
- Understand the Quality Outcomes Framework and how to troubleshoot report anomalies
- Produce Commissioner Level Reports as required / review site level produced commissioner reports
- Chair and administer Regional Data & Performance Meetings
- Carry out local management of SystmOne in terms of staff access and site support Provide SystmOne Induction training for new Business Managers and other team members as required

**Qualifications & Experience required**
- Advanced Microsoft skills
- Organised and methodical
- Excellent Oral Communication Skills
- Excellent Written Communication Skills, ability to reproduce presentations etc.
- Ability to translate findings into meaningful reports and documents
- Experience of data quality and experience developing data quality
- Able to prioritise workload and delegate effectively
- Ability to build and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders
- Motivated as an individual and when working in a team
- Attention to detail
- Prioritising workload in relation to reporting deadlines
- Experience of managing / influencing teams within a multi-disciplinary environment
