We are currently recruiting for a Support Co-Ordinator for our public sector client. As a Support Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for the provision of an effective and high-quality support service which ensures an efficient and appropriate day-to-dayservice delivery.

Hours of Work are 08:30 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

Main duties:

- Allocate referrals to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of the service
- Act as the first point of contact, dealing independently with enquiries
- Accurate data entry into IT systems
- Record complaints and feedback in line with policy
- Undertake general stockroom duties as required
- Produce accurate and timely reports as required

Personal spec:

- 4 GCSEs grade C or equivalent including Maths and English
- ICT qualification (e.g., ECDL, GCSE ICT, etc.) or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience within an Administration role
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of stock control
- Excellent written and verbal communication
