**Project Coordinator**

Are you ready to step into a pivotal role supporting our Professional Services team and driving efficiency in client-facing projects?

Sharp IT have a fantastic new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team, to be based in Wakefield. Hybrid working available.

**Key Responsibilities**

In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support to our Professional Services team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency in project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

- Onboarding new team members and facilitating induction plans.
- Tracking and managing small internal projects.
- Generating end-of-day reports from Technical Consultants.
- Scheduling and coordinating Technical Consultants' activities.
- Liaising with RSM/CSM teams for project alignment.
- Centrally managing holiday approvals for adequate coverage.

**Person Specification**:
To excel in this role, we're looking for individuals with:

- At least 12 months of experience in a scheduling or project management environment.
- Ideally, experience in a client-facing role.
- A commitment to continuous learning and creative problem-solving.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
- Familiarity with GDPR data privacy laws.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
