You will work closely with the Experience/Patient Experience Lead and support delivery of the Patient Engagement & Experience Strategy and implementation plan to support the development and implementation of training programme to ensure an understanding of co-production, patient experience, data and quality improvement To support the development of the Experience Framework and work closely with the LE/EDI Facilitator to triangulate experience data To support the co-ordination, analysis, monitoring and archiving of Patient Experience Feedback Forms, NHS FFT data, facilitate regular updates for sites, prepare reports including data insights. To manage different tasks in a fast-paced environment showing own initiative and being focused on continuous improvement. The post holder will be expected to operate in line with our shared commitment to our values; Working Together, Integrity, Respect and Recognition, Compassion and Innovation. To be prepared to travel to all Spectrum sites to support development and co-facilitation of patient forums.
