- Duties of the accounts co-ordinator include, but will not be limited to:

- _
- _ Raising invoices for support delivered in residential and supported living services_
- _ Raising recharge and holiday invoices and any other ad-hoc invoices, and reconciling recharge control account_
- _ Raising personal contribution invoices and reconciling personal contribution control account_
- _ Chasing payment of invoices within the payment terms for all debtors_
- _ Posting receipts to the bank on a weekly basis and bank reconciliation_
- _ Monthly aged debt review with the Accounts Supervisor_
- _ Weekly petty cash reconciliation and transfer of funds to the services_
- _ Monthly credit card reconciliation and upload from information provided by card holders_
- _ Supported Living timesheets check and input_
- _ Keeping updated on commissioner rates and movement of the people we support in the business and invoicing accordingly_
- _ Processing invoices, receipts, supplier invoices and payments for the sister company WNF Group Limited_
