**About this role**:
Wells Fargo is seeking a EMEA Trade Sales Associate.
GRT solutions include FI Trade Agent and Discounting, FI Insourcing, Supply Chain Finance on both international payables and receivables, Import and Export Letters of Credit, Traditional Trade Finance, Open Account, Doc. Collections, International Standby LC's(trade related), Risk Mitigation Products, ECA backed Trade Solutions (working Capital, short and medium Term finance), etc
**In this role, you will**:
- Responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention by proactively taking ownership for solving problems, engaging appropriate partners and addressing client issues.
- Monitor revenue, profitability and return for the region by reviewing reports, working with ITS financial control, and working with regional finance and treasury functions.
- Strengthen customer relationships by supporting service needs and requests.
- Supporting regional sales trade team throughout the entire sales process for our clients' trade needs.
- Interacting with the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific offices (including legal, compliance, risk, tax, operations, finance) and clients to deliver results in a timely manner.
- Ensure new deals are booked/updated in relevant relationship systems and revenue captured at all times.
- Support the operational trade booking capabilities, coordinate trade credit requests, balance monitoring, pricing proposals and relationship reviews.
- Assist team with pricing functions such as new pricing requests, exception pricing and regular pricing reviews.
- Manage ad-hoc projects / initiatives / marketing / portfolio management / maintenance for all relevant product services.
**Required Qualifications, International**:
- Commercial Banking Products experience, or trade operations experience with good knowledge on traditional trade finance products (specifically SBLCs)
- Understanding of Wholesale banking operations and/or systems.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services related to trade finance, treasury management, risk and regulatory compliance, accounting and bank operations.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Planning and budget management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact, negotiate and communicate with all levels of management, staff and customers.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong customer service skills and demonstrated working knowledge of general banking operations and/or systems.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- BA (or equivalent) preferred.
- Fluency in main European languages like French, German, Spanish is added advantage

- Valid Passport for any business travel requirements (if required).
