Timetabling Administrator

You will join a central team and work flexibility to contribute to the success of the University¿s timetabling service. Working in partnership with Faculty colleagues, you will support the successful timetabling of teaching activities, this will include assisting in the provision of the first-line support for the University¿s timetabling software and associated products, and the analysis of data from IT systems, to inform the timetabling process.
You should have experience of working with large data sets, ideally in a HE environment, and have a minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. You should also have excellent communication, problem-solving and IT skills with the ability to prioritise your work according to tight deadlines.
