**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Fintech Specialists (£45k)**

We’re looking for competitive, driven and innovative graduates to join our market leading Fintech Specialist recruitment firm based in Central London. Established in 2018, we are a team of expert recruiters and head-hunters who specialise within information technology, trading technology and quant analytics.

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant The role**:

- Opportunity be trained by some of the best recruiters within the Fintech space, no experience required, you will be supported throughout your career until you are a specialised expert.

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Ideal profile**:

- Intelligence: evidence of strong academics, preferably a 2:1 or above from a known university, or strong A-levels (e.g. As and Bs)
- Personality: must be confident, charismatic, social, strong personality that can fit into our fun and exciting culture.
- Competitive: played sports up to a high level, be passionate about interests or be able to show a strong sense of drive, motivations, ambition and resilience.
- Resilient: recruitment is a sales role and can be challenging, evidence of times when you’ve had to be resilient or bounced back from difficult experiences

**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Benefits**:

- £25k starting salary + uncapped commission (up to 30%)
- Excellent progression - all trainees get promoted by 6 months and we’ve seen people get promoted up to director in as short as 5 years.

- Massive earning potential - Year 1 OTE: £45k, Year 2 OTE: £75k, Year 3 OTE: £100k+

**Job Types**: Permanent, Graduate
