**25k base salary +high earning potential with uncapped commission.**

What the earning potential can look like across the course of the next 3 years:
**1st year
- 35k.**

**2nd year
- 65k.**

**3rd year-100k.**

**Responsibilities of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant**:
Other responsibilities include:

- Scheduling interviews.
- Attending both virtual and in person client meetings.
- Researching clients.
- Writing appropriate and engaging job advertisements.
- LinkedIn sourcing.
- Headhunting.
- University degree educated.
- 6 months previous sales/commercial experience (preferred but not essential).
- Money-motivated and target driven.
- Competitive personality with a winning mentality.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Resilient attitude and ability to bounce back from obstacles that arise.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
