Our client is looking for a new Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their team and start to build their dominance in the financial markets.

Becoming a Graduate Recruitment Consultant for our client
- Operating across the financial sector
- A highly experienced team with vast knowledge in the markets
- Offices in the Shard
- £28k basic salary with uncapped commission structure
- Average OTE for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in year 1 is £40k
- Top biller billed £2.2mil last year in only his 3rd year as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Progression opportunities to start and develop your own team in a niche sector

What will you do as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant?
- Meetings with clients to discuss their hiring needs

What does the perfect Graduate Recruitment Consultant look like?
- Strong academic background
- Experience in recruitment or sales preferred but not needed
- Evidence of excelling in something (Sport, academia, previous jobs)
- A mature graduate
- Someone that wants a career, rather than a quick earner
- Somebody keen to excel, and be the best in their field
