And right now, our Talent Acquisition team understand the value of the getting things right. At the heart of this is our Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator, a new role to support a growing team with ambitions to transform the way we attract, recruit, and onboard world-class talent.

You will bring good attention to detail, be confident to communicate verbally and written with the ability to use Excel and Microsoft office.

Main Responsibilities
- To oversee the Right to Work process through our partner organisation, Sterling
- To escalate in the appropriate manner any anomalies with the receipt/non
- receipt of references.
- To process securely all data relating to criminal record checks ( via the Disclosure and Barring Service - DBS) for all employees and store in line with company Data Protection requirements
- Administration duties to support the Talent Acquisition team including ordering relevant equipment
- Develop effective relationships with staff and key people both internal and external to the business in regard to the quality standards and quality improvement.
- Demonstrable competence in working within an administration support function.
- Ability to use Excel and Microsoft office proficiently.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Be focused and able to work well under pressure and prioritise.
- Excellent communicator, both verbal, written and listening.
- Curious, Pragmatic and Flexible.
- Pro-active approach to work.
- Excellent time management and the ability to deal with several tasks at once.
- Ideally, worked in a recruitment or talent acquisition function previously.
- Ideally, worked in a regulated environment previously.
