**Administrator - Johnstone**

The role is a key role in the business and is to assist with the accounts and operation teams in Glasgow depot and also the newly opened Devon depot keeping and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction and fulfilment of projected growth as well as to maintain good working relations within a multi site organisation.

**Your new job responsibilities**
- Working as part of a team.
- Providing telephone support to clients.
- Supporting our operations team in various contracts.
- Organising and storing electronic data/documents and computer-based information.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, and sage accounting software.
- Ordering materials from information provided to you by the operations team.

**Schedule**

Office hours: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00

Friday 09:00 - 15.00

Contracted Hours - 38 hours per week/5 Full Days

Contract: Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 p/h

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
