**Role Overview**:
As an Executive and Governance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our CEO and Chair of the Board of Trustees. This multifaceted position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Chair.
- Manage complex diaries, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day interactions with the hospice leadership.
- Organize governance-related activities, including meeting preparation, agenda creation, and document collation.
- Produce internal and external communications, letters, reports, and other documentation on behalf of the Executive Team and Trustees.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in executive or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in office software and technology.
- Understanding of governance processes is advantageous.
- Commitment to the hospice's mission and values.

**Working Hours**:
This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum.
