An exciting apprenticeship opportunity which is based in Wakefield. The company are looking for someone who is eager to start an exciting career in Business Administration whilst undergoing other training opportunities such as locksmith training.

**Working week**
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Total hours per week: 37.50

**Expected duration**
18 months

**The role includes**:
Processing online and telephone orders
Maintaining records and files
Packing and dispatching orders
Key cutting
Learning the lock industry

**Desired skills**
Good at Microsoft packages
Excellent telephone manner with good communication skills
Attention to detail
Good customer service skills
Time management
Personal qualities
Adaptable/flexible
Friendly and approachable

**Desired qualifications**
GCSE (or equivalent) A*-D/9-4 in English and maths.Future prospects
Progression within the company

**Training to be provided**
Level 3 Business Administrator Standard
Level 2 Functional Skills (where applicable)
Key cutting and locksmith training alongside the apprenticeship

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £10,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
