Key ResponsibilitiesnHandling customer service and communicationsnDeveloping straightforward and flexible processes for all aspects of customer servicenUtilizing our automation and technology to enhance the rolenAdhering to strict service levels and being accountable for your tasksnDelivering high levels of customer service during installations and aftercarenKeeping customers updated throughout their journeynCommunicating with a resolve-immediately attitude

Experience & Key SkillsnConfident, independent, structured, accurate, and reliablenStrong organizational skillsnProactive and a fast learnernHands-on mentalitynPositive mindset with a can-do attitude, always finding creative and pragmatic solutionsnProficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs & Sheets)nExperience with CRM softwarenExcellent written and oral communication skills in English
