**Description**

Working in our Energy Team, the role of Customer Services Administrator will be key in ensuring accurate delivery of our energy services including issuing completed certification, updating internal and customer databases and general office administration.

**Activities**
- Ensure information uploaded to Pipedrive is accurate and relevant for job completion
- Keep Pipedrive up to date with new orders, survey dates, completion and issue dates
- Importing/exporting data across multiple business databases with utmost accuracy
- Uploading completed certificates / updates to customer external databases as required
- Support departments with ad hoc administration
- Complete ad hoc office purchase requests e.g. coffee, tea

**Targets and Key Performance Indicators**
- Ensure Pipedrive information is accurate at all times
- As required, update customer databases with completed certificates, invoices, purchase orders
- All Pipelines are to be clear of certificates in "To Send" at the end of each day

**Salary**: £15,579.20-£23,795.20 per year
