Customer Systems Administrator

Main Duties

To work within the customer services and finance team, providing excellent customer service to our customers, ensuring consistently high standards are met.

Key Tasks
- Process orders via electronic communication, customer portals and telephone, ensuring they are entered or uploaded accurately onto Pipedrive in a timely manner.
- Uploading completed certificates and invoices to customer portals
- Issue completed works to customers via the agreed delivery method
- To assist with ensuring that all subsequent order amendments, cancellations, or substitutions are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with the processing and issuing of monthly invoicing through Pipedrive and Sage
- Checking order inputs against original orders and then confirming to customers and finance team
- Responding to, and promptly acting upon all customer queries
- To carry out any other duties as may be required by the Company from time to time.

Skills and experience preferences
- A motivated and organised individual, with a ‘can-do’ approach to work
- A good understanding of computer systems particularly Microsoft Office packages including excel
- The ability to work using your own initiative and within a team environment
- Good attention to detail, as a high level of accuracy is essential with strong numeracy skills
- An excellent communicator, with a clear and confident telephone manner
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Good problem solver
- Quick learner
- Full training will be given.

**Salary**: £15,579.20-£23,795.20 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
