**Customer Contact Administrator (2-3 month FTC)**

**This role is located within Wakefield Kirkgate Station**
**Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm**

**Responsibilities**
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and enquiries using Rail industry systems
- Respond to written customer correspondence in a timely manner
- Ensure customer details and contact summaries are accurately recorded on our CRM system.
- Issue compensation in line with company and industry guidelines
- Deal with data in accordance with GDPR
- Undertake tasks as directed by your manager

**Qualifications**
- Confident and asks questions when needed
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to follow instructions and work from a set framework
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of using customer service systems or quick to learn
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations in a calm and understanding yet effective manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 2-3 months

**Salary**: £10.34 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
